Using this website
The site is informational, and the callback form does exactly one thing: places a call from voice.aai.dev to the U.S. number you submit. By submitting a number you agree to receive that call, and you agree to submit your own number — not someone else's, and not in bulk. Abusing the form (or the line) to harass, probe, or flood the service isn't allowed, and we may block it.
The answering service
For businesses that sign up, voice.aai.dev provides a dedicated AI phone receptionist as described across this site: 24/7 answering in English and Spanish, routing or message-taking, an email with the summary and recording after each call, and optional web-lead callback. What we ask of you
- Accurate setup information. voice.aai.dev answers with what you give us — hours, routing numbers, how calls should be handled. Keep them current.
- The right to the line. You confirm you're authorized to have your business line answered and its calls recorded. Call-recording rules vary by jurisdiction; make sure recording is lawful for your business and your callers.
- A working inbox. Under zero retention, the post-call email is the record. Deliverability on your side is part of the system.
Zero retention cuts both ways
Once your post-call email is delivered, the call is deleted from our systems — which means we cannot recover it later. Not for you, not for anyone. Keep what you need; your inbox is the archive.
Honest limits
We work hard to keep voice.aai.dev answering, but no phone system on earth can promise perfection — carriers hiccup, networks fail, and software is software. The service is provided as-is: we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we don't guarantee business outcomes from any particular call. What we do promise is the posture on this site: dedicated setup, human support, and zero retention.
