Step one: talk to us
Everything starts the same way the demo does: call the line and tell voice.aai.dev you'd like it for your business, or use the callback form on the homepage. The receptionist takes your details, and a real person follows up — that follow-up call is the beginning of your setup, and it's also where your quote comes from (see how pricing works).
What we'll ask you
Your receptionist is only as good as what we teach it, so the setup conversation is concrete. Expect questions like:
Going live
We build the setup, test it against your answers, and walk it with you before anything touches your real line. You hear exactly what your callers will hear, and nothing goes live until you've said so. From that point, every call to your line follows the flow in how calls are handled.
Changing things later
Businesses change — new hours, a new hire who should get the transfers, a seasonal rush. There's no settings page to hunt through: tell us what changed, and we change the setup. The same people who built your line maintain it. That's what “hands-on” means here — it doesn't end at onboarding.
